These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sonnia service operated by Sonnia AI Limited (“Sonnia”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at registration, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” means that organisation.
Sonnia provides AI voice agents and related workflow tools for sales calls, follow-ups, contact memory, and administrative work (the “Service”). The Service is provided as it is made available from time to time, and we may add, change, or withdraw features with reasonable notice where practical.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for everything done through your account. You must keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you about your account. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You may not share your account with anyone else, and you may not resell or sublicense access to the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
The Privacy Policy, available at sonnia.ai/privacy, explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It forms part of these Terms. By using the Service you agree to the processing described there.
You retain ownership of the content, data, and materials you upload or create through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide, secure, and improve the Service, including storing it and using it to train or tune models only as described in the Privacy Policy and any product settings that control such use. You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you provide and for any third-party consents or notices required for calls and recordings made through the Service.
Where the Service is offered for a fee, the price and billing terms shown at the time of purchase apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Late payment may result in suspension of the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Sonnia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we do not grant you any rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted in writing.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time. On termination you lose access to the Service; you can export your data before closing, and we will delete or return personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonnia's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sonnia and its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will publish the updated version at this page and, where we have your contact details, notify you by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the new version takes effect means you accept it. The version you agreed to at registration is recorded on your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to sonnia@sonnia.ai or by post to Sonnia AI Limited, care of sonnia.ai.
